Information for Presenters
Posters will be on display during the entire conference and should be mounted by 5PM, Monday, June 25th. You must attend your poster during your assigned time: Even-numbered posters are to be attended at the Tuesday poster session (5:30PM to 7:00PM) and odd-numbered posters are to be attended at the Wednesday and Thursday poster sessions (1:00PM to 2:00PM).
The poster area is approximately 44 inches (112 cm) wide and 4 feet (122 cm) tall, but your poster may be slightly taller that 4 feet if you want it to hang slightly lower. Please do NOT encroach on your neighbors poster area with an oversized poster. Poster tacks will be provided.
For the oral sessions, the first two speakers in the session have a total of 25 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions), and the last two speakers have a total of 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions). Because of the synchronized parallel sessions, the Session Chairs will be enforcing this time schedule so that the sessions stay synchronized.
One exception to this pattern is the Student Session (4PM, Wednesday) which consists of 6 speakers who have 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions).
The workshops on Monday, June 25th have various numbers of speakers, so the timing of the workshop is under the control of the workshop chairs and will be flexible to allow for participant interactions.
Posting Notices and Job Advertisements
There will be a few boards identified and dedicated to posting job notices and meeting announcements. Please limit your postings to one 8" x 11" sheet (max) per announcement.
